K-Rae Graphics' rider of the month for April 2010 is Mike Letendre. Mike is a seasoned racer who lives in Middleboro, MA. He was a heavy hitter in NESC a few years ago, but more recently his claim to fame has been his talent in mini bike racing. He is racing a KLX 110 modded to 179CCs..the thing hauls! He is a leader in the Masters of Mini race circuit, racing in the Rockstar and Middle Age class. In 2008 he was the MOM Limited Champion, and in 2009 he was the MOM Champ for both the Middle Age and Rockstar class! He slips into the Senior class for 2010, it'll be interesting to see how that goes. In May, he is racing in the 2010 Geico MiniMoto SX Race in Las Vegas as #117 where he hopes to get top 10 in the PRO class and hopes to podium in the 35+ !!! We wish him luck!!!

In his spare time he enjoys rock climbing and has recently gotten back into big bike racing on his CRF 450. Keep an eye out for him in the expert class.

In addition to his riding talent, Mike has been blessed with 2 wonderful kids, Cace who is 12 and Sydney who is 8. He also has a twin sister that lives in Las Vegas who will be cheering him on in May. Mike is very fun and outgoing and loves to share his passion of riding with kids that might not otherwise have the chance to excell at the sport. In the interview Mike also mentioned something about Russian feathers, but I'm not sure what that was about, maybe it's a new band he likes?? Ask him if you see him!!
